2007 Pindarie 'Bar Rossa' Tempranillo Sangiovese Shiraz

The blend is composed of 70% Tempranillo, 25% Sangiovese and 5% Shiraz. Medium body, crimson mauve colour with mauve hue – impressive youthful colour. Lifted nose of plum, confectionary and liquorice allsorts, followed by a hint of new leather and violets. So far the blend appears successful. The palate displays well balanced tannin, with flavours of plum and spice followed by cherry. Aftertaste of cherry, spice and plum.
