2007 Pettavel Evening Star Pinot Noir

Deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of violets, followed by ripe strawberry, ripe cherry and spice. Good palate weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of violets, strawberry, plum and cherry. Fine grained tannins with good power wave. There is a hint of California Poppy emerging. Long plum, cherry and spice aftertaste.
