2007 Petaluma Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of melon, followed by fig and light toasted oak. The palate does not have the concentration of flavours of past vintages, much lighter than expected. Slightly broad with flavours of melon, peach and spice over a spicy background. Aftertaste of melon, spice and tropical fruit.
