2007 Mr Riggs Watervale Riesling

Winemaker Ben Riggs refers to this Riesling as an inspired wine. Vintage was earlier than usual due to the exceptionally dry conditions. Bright pale straw colour with green hue. Lifted nose of lime and lemon followed by a spicy end note. The palate is driven by a crisp acid backbone. Full bodied with flavours of lemon and lime overlaid with spice and a hint of lychee. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lime and lemon.
