Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Top note of yeast lees and biscuit followed by a hint of cashew, showing good varietal character. The palate displays flavours of biscuit, butterscotch, yeast lees and cinnamon over a citrus backbone. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of cinnamon, spice and butterscotch.
