2007 Mollydooker The Scooter Merlot

The wines name, ‘Scooter’ is derived from Sparky’s University days when he used to race scooters.

Very deep crimson brick red colour with crimson brick red hue. The nose is perfumed with aromas of spice, plum, mulberry and cedar emerging. On the palate, flavours of mulberry, spice and plum with liquorice back palate and a touch of white pepper emerging. Excellent length. Fine grained tannins. Perfect balance. Aftertaste of white pepper, mulberry and spice.
