Semi translucent dark crimson red mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of violets and dark cherry followed by some spicy cedar, smoke and earth notes. Light to medium bodied palate with flavours of dark spicy cherry, dark plum and game followed by some spice, cedar and earth on the back palate. Excellent power wave with very fine grained silky smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of dark cherry, spice, game and earth.
