2007 Koonowla The Ringmaster Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark red black colour with dark red mauve hue. Aromas of liquorice allsorts, confectionary and dark plum showing good intensity. Full bodied with very ripe flavours of liquorice, dark chocolate, ripe plum and spice with some pepper also emerging. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark plum, chocolate and spice. A big ripe Cabernet that is almost Shiraz like in it’s flavour profile.
Drink now or cellar 2-3 years (2010-2013)
