Bright golden straw colour with water like hue. Aromas of yeast lees, nougat, hazelnut, honeycombe and toast showing good intensity. Medium weight with flavours of nougart, yeast lees, biscuit and honeycombe with a touch of lemon on the back palate. Clean finish with aftertaste of spice, cashew and nougart.
