Bright straw colour. The nose displays a hint of confectionary, followed by dry hay and a lemon end note. Lemon over a grassy palate flavour profile, with some light confectionary on the back palate. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon and confectionary, with some nuances of sherbet evolving.
