2007 Heggies Riesling

Heggies Vineyard is 550 metres above sea level, making it one of Australia’s highest and coolest vineyards. Viticulturist Darrell Kruger describes the vineyard – “At times Heggies Vineyard is a challenging and unpredictable site, each micro-site or block within the vineyard is managed individually.”

Bright straw colour with green tinge. Delicate top note of mandarin, followed by tropical fruit and lime. On the palate flavours of lemon and lime fill the palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and ripe mandarin.
