2007 Harcourt Valley Vineyards Sightings Shiraz

Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of plum followed by liquorice, vanilla and spice. The palate displays flavours of dark chocolate, spice, stewed fruit and cedar. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and cedar with fine dry tannins persisting.
