2007 Grosset Springvale Watervale Riesling

2007 marks the third vintage of the Watervale Riesling in which the fruit was exclusively sourced from the Springvale Vineyard. Bright straw colour with green tinge. Top note of lime, followed by rose petal, spice and light orange. The palate is quite dry, reminiscent of an Alsatian style, delivering a restrained flavour profile. Flavours of lemon and under ripe oranges are supported by a clean acid finish. Aftertaste of unripe lime, lemon and spice.
