2007 Grosset Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Light nose with notes of hay, honeycomb, light tropical fruit and confectionary evident – delivering a Graves like sniff. The acidity is on the high side, giving the wine a crispness. Flavours of lemon and unripe tropical fruit are evident followed by spice. Aftertaste of confectionary, lemon and spice.
