2007 Gordon & Macphail Highland Park Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Highland Park needs no introduction. Its flavour profile was once summed up as "smouldering embers at the bottom of a honey jar." Previous releases under this label have received high praise by the likes of Jim Murray. Distilled in September 2007 and aged in refill Bourbon barrels until November 2016, this was bottled at cask strength without chill filtering. 58.8% Alc./Vol.
