Notes from the bottlers... Nose without Water Smoked bacon, baked apple, and lemon peel aromas with a subtle briny edge. Palate without Water The palate is creamy with hints of pepper, ripe fruits, and dark chocolate. Grapefruit and charred oak develop on the finish. Nose with Water Sweet maple cured bacon aromas with apple, toasted walnut, and citrus peel. Palate with Water Creamy and sweet with salted caramel, cooked apple, and white pepper. Dark chocolate and banana flavours combine with a touch of citrus. 59% Alc./Vol.
