2007 Freycinet Vineyard Riesling

A crisp Riesling. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of talc followed by tropical fruit and a hint of lime. The palate displays flavours of lime and honey. There is a sense that this wine is about to evolve and has only begun to do so. Crisp acid finish. Very spicy aftertaste.
