An excellent example of this classic Margaret River blend. This wine is composed of 64% Semillon and 36% Sauvignon Blanc. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Grassy herbaceous top note followed by unripe gooseberry end note. Grassy herbaceous palate, with gooseberry and light tropical fruit. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry with grassiness persisting.
