Bright pale straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Subdued nose with delicate gooseberry top note followed by a tropical fruit end note. The palate flavours are on the short side, with lemon and unripe gooseberry evident. Crisp acid finish. Unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
