2007 Fonty's Pool Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of peach and melon followed by yeast lees showing strong varietal character. The palate is driven by a crisp acid backbone. Flavours of grapefruit and light yeast lees. Aftertaste of light lees and grapefruit.
