2007 Domaine Francois et Antonie Jobard Les Tillets Meursault

Bright straw colour with pale gold edges and a pale straw hue. The nose is a little restrained requiring some coaxing to reveal aromas of roasted almonds coated in lemon honey followed by some cashew, toasty beeswax like characters and spice. Moderately creamy and dry the palate has a developed flavour profile of roasted almonds, dried honey, bees wax, toast and spice. Very dry finish without much carry through. Aftertaste of roasted almonds, dried honey, bees wax and spice.
