2007 Doc Adams Shiraz

Saturated opaque black purple colour with black purple hue with excellent glass cling. Perfumed aromas of liquorice allsorts, dark plum, confectionary, dark chocolate and mocha. Rich and joosy palate flavours of dark chocolate, plum, liquorice and confectionary with some spice and blackpepper on the back palate. The finish is quite spicy. Excellent weight and concentration. Fine grained tannin structure with long aftertaste of plum, spice and blackpepper. A big plump, fleshy McLaren Vale Shiraz.
Drink now or cellar 2-3 years (2009-2012)
