2007 Clyde Park Pinot Noir

Medium body semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Top note of cherry and spice followed by a hint of truffle and beetroot, showing impressive varietal character. There is a hint of pencil shavings on the nose followed by a touch of violet. The palate delivers a very good power wave with flavours of spice and cherry supported by fine balanced tannins.
