Bright straw colour with green tinge and pale straw hue. Top note of honeycomb, followed by yeast lees, melon and fig. The palate displays flavours of yeast lees, hazelnut and almonds over nuances of grapefruit. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees and hazelnut.
