2007 Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep very dark purple red hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, cassis, cigar box, cedar and spice. Full bodied and generous the palate delivers flavours of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and dark mulberry followed by some spicy cedar. Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
