2007 Clarendon Hills Piggott Range Syrah

Saturated black purple colour with black purple hue displaying excellent viscosity and glass cling. Lifted notes of dark plum, blackberry, confectionary and liquorice followed by a toasted oak end note. The tannin structure is again very firm and dry with flavours of blackberry, dark plum, spice and blackpepper. Aftertaste of blackpepper, spice and blackberry. Another very tightly constructed 2007 Clarendon Hills Syrah.
Cellar 8-10 years.
