2007 Clarendon Hills Brookman Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose is quite aromatic displaying top notes of ripe blackcurrant and cedar followed by violets, cigar box and earth end notes. Flavours of blackcurrant, spice, cedar and cigar box. Fine grained firm tannins but balanced. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and cedar.

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Brookman offers up an expressive bouquet of pain grille, pencil lead, violets, black currant, and blackberry. Structured and dense on the palate, it has plenty of savory, ripe black fruit, excellent concentration, and 4-6 years of aging potential.
