2007 Charles Melton The Kirche Shiraz

Matured in a combination of French and American barriques. Very deep dark red crimson colour with dark red mauve hue. Aromas of vanilla, spice and liquorice allsorts. Full bodied with ripe joosy flavours of liquorice allsorts, spice and dark plum followed by some blackpepper on the back palate. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of plum, spice, liquorice and blackpepper.
