An excellent Burgundian inspired Chardonnay

Deep pale straw colour with a green tinge and watery hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with a complex array of aromas – yeast lees, biscuit and cashew followed by some honeycombe end notes. Medium bodied with a creamy texture the palate displays refined flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew, followed by some spice and citrus back palate flavours. Clean, dry finish with long persistent aftertaste of toast, lees biscuit and cashew. An excellent Burgundian inspired Chardonnay. LIMITED STOCKS.
