2007 Brown Hill Estate Perseverance Cabernet Merlot

Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of earth, followed by truffle, tea leaf and cedar. The palate is a touch advanced for a 2007 with flavours of cedar, blackcurrant, liquorice, spice and truffle evident followed by the re appearance of some tea leaf on the back palate – but it remains contained at this point. Aftertaste of cedar, blackcurrant and spice.
