An impressive new discovery.

Established in 1994, Brown Hill vineyard is located 12 km South East of Margaret River. The yields are significantly lower than the region's average of 4.5 tonnes, with vines being cropped between 0.8 - 1.5 tonnes per acre.

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of spice followed by cedar and black cherry. The palate impresses! There is a subtle sense of ‘old fashioned Hunter’ in this wine, which might ring the nostalgia bell of the good old days. Nonetheless, this is an excellent cool climate Shiraz. Hints of leather over a layer of spice, black cherry and cedar with dark chocolate on the back palate. Long spicy aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2013-2014)
Alc/Vol: 14.0%
