2007 Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz is an outstanding continuation of the wines we have produced from this excellent vineyard. It is more savoury and spicy than the last few releases and has delicious red, blue and black berry aromas. The palate is full and strong without being sweet or overtly rich and builds and tightens with wonderfully long, tight tannins. It will gain more texture and complexity with six or more years.
