2007 Battle of Bosworth Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Perfumed nose of violet, followed by stewed fruit. Ripe plum and cassis. The palate structure is relatively tight, with flavours of spice and stewed fruit, supported by fine tannins. Spice and stewed fruit aftertaste.
