Bright, straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of yeast lees, followed by a hint of butterscotch, hazelnut and ripe melon. The palate displays flavours of grapefruit, yeast lees and hazelnut with a hint of lemon on the back palate. Clean acid finish. Very spicy aftertaste of yeast lees, hazelnut and grapefruit.
