2007 Archer Shiraz

Very deep crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Delicate plum, spice and vanilla nose. The palate delivers flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit followed by a hint of sour cherry. Fine dry, chalky tannins. Sour cherry stewed fruit aftertaste.
