2006 Yileena Park Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees cashew and hazelnut showing good barrel ferment character. Creamy texture – flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and hazelnut over a spicy back palate. There is a touch of grapefruit emerging. Aftertaste of yeast lees and hazelnut.
