2006 Yarra Yering Underhill Shiraz

This wine is the pick of the 2006 releases form Yarra Yering.
Very deep crimson mauve purple colour with mauve purple hue. Top note of spice followed by blackberry and a hint of violet. The palate delivers flavours of plum and spice over a light black pepper back palate. Aftertaste of plum and light liquorice. An elegant refined style.
