A top example of cool climate Chardonnay.
Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. The nose displays both sophistication of winemaking and complexity of aroma – nectarine, biscuit and cashews are overlaid with hazelnut, spice and yeast lees. Superb palate with excellent weight and mouthfeel. Layers of spice citrus, oak, lees and cashews are meshed into a new harmonious whole. Excellent length and depth. Very long aftertaste of peach, citrus and spice.
