2006 Woodstock The Stocks Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of vanilla, followed by confectionary, cedar and spice. The palate structure is elegant – more refined, classic McLaren Vale ‘joosy’. Excellent palate weight and mouthfeel – flavours of confectionary, spice, blackberry and vanilla over a background of velvet tannins. There is a hint of coconut on the back palate, which adds another dimension. Coconut and spice aftertaste.
