2006 Vasse Felix Shiraz

An impressive cool climate Shiraz. Very deep crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice, vanilla, cedar and blackberry followed by a hint of liquorice. There is the typical cool climate sense of elegance in this wine, with flavours of stewed fruit, plum, liquorice and spice. Soft tannins, in balance. Aftertaste of plum, blackberry and spice.
