2006 Vasse Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay

A very refined style. Bright pale gold colour with straw hue and green tinge. The wine exudes elegance which is evident from the first sniff. Top note of yeast lees, followed by cashew, melon and fig. The palate structure reflects the nose, again displaying refinement of structure. Flavours of lemon and grapefruit are evident. Clean, balanced acidity with restrained oak. Long refined aftertaste.
