2006 Vasse Felix Classic Dry White

The blend is composed of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. A well made light white. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose is delicate, with aromas of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit. The palate flavours are fresh, but light. Flavours of ripe gooseberry are followed by a light grassy back palate and just a hint of ripe gooseberry. Crisp acid finish. Unripe gooseberry and ripe gooseberry aftertaste.
