Produced from a blend of Grenache (60%), Shiraz (20%) & Mataro (20%) the wine was matured for 24 months in older French hogsheads.
Deep crimson red colour with mauve hue. Subtle aromas of black cherry, smoke, spice, liquorice and pepper. Medium to full bodied palate with flavours of black cherry, liquorice, spice and blackpepper. Fine grained dryish tannins. Blackpepper, spice and liquorice aftertaste.
