2006 The Colonial Estate Eclaiseur Old Vines Grenache

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of stewed fruit, spice and raspberry followed by a liquorice allsorts end note. On the palate, flavours of prune, leather and stewed fruit. The fruit is beginning to dry out. Dryish tannin. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and leather.
