2006 Temple Bruer Organic Wine Cabernet Merlot

Opaque black purple colour with purple hue – vibrant with youth. Lifted nose of blackcurrant and spice, followed by violet and mulberry. On the palate it is the very fine tannins that are very dry which overshadow the stewed fruit flavours. Aftertaste of spice and blackcurrant, with dry, chalky tannins persisting.
