2006 Taylors Jaraman Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of plum, vanilla, cedar and liquorice followed by a violet end note. The palate delivers flavours of plum, vanilla, stewed fruit and cedar. Very spicy back palate with some light cinnamon spice emerging. Fine grained tannins, slightly chalky. Aftertaste of stewed fruit vanilla and cinnamon.
