2006 Tamar Ridge Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue and green tinge. Lifted nose of honey and lime followed by light tropical fruit. Good palate weight, but the acidity is on the high side with a crisp lemon backbone. Long aftertaste of lemon persists.
