2006 Summerfield Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep, almost opaque crimson colour with crimson brick red hue. Top note of violets, followed by spice, plum and a touch of leather and blackcurrant. The palate flavour profile lacks concentration and is supported by fine dryish tannins. Flavours of cedar and spice with a hint of blackcurrant. Aftertaste of leather, plum and cedar with spiciness persisting.
