2006 Stringy Brae Riesling

Bright straw colour with water like hue. Top note of pear and tropical fruit, followed by a floral, talc end note. The palate flavour profile is quite tight, with lemon and lime dominant. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon and unripe lime.

First Tasted, March 2007: Bright, pale gold colour with straw hue. Top note of honey, followed by a hint of honeycomb, tropical fruit and orange blossom. The palate delivers good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of citrus and lime are dominant. Clean acid finish. Citrus lime aftertaste.
