A big liquoricy Barossa Shiraz.
Opaque black crimson red colour with black crimson hue. Aromas of liquorice, confectionary, blackberry and dark plum. Big rich full bodied palate flavours of liquorice allsorts, mocha, confectionary, blackberry and dark plum followed by a spicy back palate. Excellent concentration and length. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance. Long aftertaste of aniseed, dark plum and spice.
